What you get with our office rentals

The Workplace offers office space up to 150 square metres at Regent Hill Office Park in Lonehill, Sandton, for tenants who need more room than a private serviced suite. The space can be taken fully serviced, or with only the facilities you actually want. Genuinely park-wide facilities include 24-hour manned security, back-up generator power, uncapped fibre infrastructure with access charged separately, free unreserved parking, fully equipped kitchens and a self-service tea and coffee station. Reception, telephone answering, cleaning and utilities can be built into your package, and twelve free hours of boardroom use come with the space each month; furniture is not included, so tenants furnish and decorate the space themselves. Office rental leases run from one to three years — longer than our serviced suites, which start at three months — and every detail is set out in a proposal after we have met you and understood what you need.

The Workplace has more room than the serviced suites suggest. Beyond the private suites, we also let space up to 150 square metres at Regent Hill Office Park — real room for a bigger team, still inside the same owner-managed, boutique-hotel-run park where the people looking after you have been here for years.

Take exactly the level of service your business needs. The space can be fully serviced — reception, telephone answering, cleaning and utilities built in — or structured with only the facilities that matter to you, and we work that out with you rather than handing you a fixed package. What does not change is what is genuinely park-wide: 24-hour manned security, back-up generator power, uncapped fibre to the building, free unreserved parking and a self-service tea and coffee station open to everyone.

Furniture is not included, so the space is yours to furnish and decorate exactly as you wish — bring your own desks, hang your own pictures, make it properly yours. We would rather meet you, show you what is available and put together a proposal built around your team than publish a number that will not fit every requirement.

A bigger space still needs somewhere to bring everyone together. Twelve free hours a month across any of our three meeting room options come with your rental, the same as any serviced suite, so a larger team has a proper room for the board meeting or the client pitch without booking anywhere else. The rooms are for our tenants and virtual office clients — we do not let them out on their own.

Beyond that, items such as internet access, boardroom time beyond your twelve free hours a month, reserved parking bays, back-up generator cover during outages, outgoing calls, printing and copying, and the company driver are billed on what you actually use.
