The Workplace at Regent Hill Office Park has offered serviced offices and virtual offices in Lonehill since 2001 — owner-managed from day one, with the owners themselves based on site.
That is the whole difference. This is not a corporate office-rental system with a portal and a ticket number; it is a small park where the owners work down the corridor, the staff know your business and your clients, and you are looked after personally. Problems are solved the same day, growing tenants get bigger suites without bureaucracy, and the standard of the park — the gardens, the fountains, the paintwork — never slips. Several of our tenants have been with us for more than a decade; one has been here since the day we opened.
The team runs deep, too: receptionists who answer your clients by name, housekeeping that keeps every suite immaculate, a company driver for your documents and parcels, tea and coffee served in your office three times a day — and, on Fridays, cake for everyone.
